The location seemed unbeatable and magnificent in the city. Besides, it was next to lido beach, and the restaurant. The room was fashionable and large, had smoke detectors for the safety.

Didn't like the area, it was uninviting.

The restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast here, I had freshly cooked dishes. The location was great for weekend in Sarasota.

The location of the hotel was very central, not far from a central area of Sarasota, the Main Street, and the Amish restaurants. It also was down the west coast of Florida. I booked spacious and updated room with a view.

The positives include great location and parking outside. The rooms are silent with exceptionally comfortable beds, and the staff are amazingly kind.

The breakfast was excellent, I would stay here again. The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a nice enough area, so close to pure Florida, and Sarasota Opera. I loved the room with a comfortable bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Also, location was great and pleasant, at a medium distance from Sarasota Farmers Market. There was a good bar and awesome food at the attached restaurant.

This centrally located hotel in the heart of the city made it easy for us to explore downtown and enjoy the vibrant restaurant district. We loved the spacious rooms with modern furnishings and the comfortable beds provided a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast options were delicious and the hotel facilities were top-notch, including the convenient garage parking.

The restaurant could use some improvement in terms of seating arrangements and ensuring all guests are promptly seated.

This unique hotel is centrally located, priced right, and had the best decor. It felt like a combination of New England and Florida, my two favorite places. Except for not having an elevator near the hot tub area, it was a perfect set up and a great place to stay. We will go back!

Exceptionally helpful front desk, easy parking, immaculate and well decorated room with terrific downtown view, within easy walking distance to all districts, many shops and restaurants.
